Creating a New Person

Add new people to Senbee so they can be onboarded, assigned to dimensions, and given access to services.

1. Navigate to People

In the left sidebar, go to Connected People → People and click Add New Person.

2. Fill Out the Form

The Create New Person window opens with required and optional fields.

Required fields

  • E-mail – the person’s login and primary contact address.

  • Username – must be unique.

  • First Name and Last Name.

  • PIN Code – 4–8 digits for quick authentication.

  • Password – enter a strong password or click Generate + Copy to auto-create one.

Optional fields

  • Language

  • Job Title

  • Phone Country Code and Phone Number

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Address, City, Postal Code, Country

3. Save

Click Create Person. The profile is added and the onboarding flow begins.

4. Next Steps

After creation, the person automatically enters the onboarding pipeline you’ve defined in Settings → Onboarding Steps.
Typical steps include assigning dimensions, assigning services, sending a welcome letter, and finalizing onboarding.

Tip: Every edit or assignment appears in the person’s activity log, so you can track changes at any time.
