Senbee Connect has been drinking strong coffee, learning new languages, and finally writing things down in an organized way. v1.3.0 is a big step toward a smarter and more accessible platform, with Danish language support and a Knowledge Base that is feature-complete and finishing internal testing.
v1.3.0 adds Danish (DA) alongside English, so teams can use Senbee Connect in the language they actually think in. Switching is instant from the language menu, and the groundwork underneath has been upgraded too, so adding more languages later does not turn into a spaghetti festival.
Why this matters: clearer onboarding, fewer misunderstandings, and a platform that feels native, not translated.

The Knowledge Base is now available (Release Candidate), meaning its feature set is complete and ready for real usage while we finish final validation and roll it out more broadly. It gives you a structured place to store internal knowledge, process docs, onboarding guides, playbooks, and all the stuff companies usually keep in twelve places and then wonder why nobody can find anything.
Articles are organized into collections and categories, easy to browse, and fast to search. The editor experience has been tightened up too, including file linking, better emoji triggering, and iframe-based loading so styling and inline rendering behave more predictably.
What you can do with it now:
Build a proper internal handbook (without it turning into a cursed folder structure)
Link files directly inside articles
Create clearer guidance with screenshots in the extension
Control access with improved permissions and ACL handling

Because the best schedule is the one you don’t have to remember.
We originally had bigger plans for 1.1.5 and expected to release it in a couple of weeks, but things moved faster than expected. Instead of waiting, we rolled out a wave of improvements early, turning what started as 1.1.4 updates into something far more substantial.
Some of the planned features didn’t make the cut this time and will now debut in 1.1.6, coming soon.
This release gives your subscription lines a taste of time travel. You can now schedule both pauses and resumptions, meaning your future self can relax while your plans handle themselves. Less manual clicking, more cosmic efficiency.
🗓️ Scheduled Resumes for Subscription Lines
Paused lines can now automatically reactivate on a chosen date. Combine it with scheduled pauses or cancellations to create a fully automated subscription lifecycle, past, present, and future all in sync.
Various small fixes and bits of polish to keep everything smooth, stable, and just a touch less mysterious.

We’re excited to announce the release of Senbee 1.1.0 — a version packed with over 80 fixes and small improvements across the platform. From smoother workflows to more accurate details in your data, this release makes Senbee sharper, faster, and more reliable.
But that’s just the warm-up. This release also introduces a major milestone for us: the Senbee Billing Platform 1.0 (beta). Before we dive into that, let’s start with some notable changes.
Over 80 bug fixes and enhancements across the board. Stability, performance, and usability got a serious boost.
Dimension update: What used to be called Company is now called Customer. This small but important renaming reflects the real-world flexibility of Senbee: managing customers, suppliers, and even internal roles seamlessly within your People list.
The star of this release is our brand-new Billing Platform. Built to give you full control over products, ad-hoc invoicing, and subscriptions, it’s a system designed for flexibility, automation, and future-proof scalability.
The Billing Platform is made up of three core modules:
Products
Ad-hoc Invoicing
Subscriptions
Products in Senbee aren’t just static items. We’ve built a complete product catalog with:
Units & product categories for structure.
Flexible pricing with Pricebooks for campaigns, bulk deals, and custom agreements.
Graduated tier pricing for scaling costs across usage.
Support for cost prices, product images, and tax settings and much more.
Multi-currency support (DKK, EUR, USD, NOK, SEK) with both manual and automatic exchange rate updates.

Whether you’re setting up a one-off campaign or managing complex enterprise contracts, the product engine adapts to your business needs.
Subscriptions bring powerful recurring billing directly into Senbee:
Create customer subscriptions with advanced control over pricing, discounts, and timelines.
Full calendar-based management for start dates, end dates, and cancellation rules.
Automated scheduling for billing cycles: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or even custom periods like every two years.
Automatic accruals for smooth financial tracking.
Subscription Insights with detailed reporting on runs, margins, and performance.

In short: subscriptions aren’t just automated, they’re intelligent.
Not everything fits neatly into a subscription. For that, we’ve built ad-hoc invoicing:
Add one-off invoice lines for things like project-based work, product sales, or time tracking.
Gather multiple items in a draft and invoice them together, or schedule them for future billing (e.g. every 1st of the month).

Full support for multi-currency, tax rules, discounts, and pricebooks, just like subscriptions.
This gives you the agility to handle exceptions without breaking your structured billing flow.
No matter if it’s subscriptions or ad-hoc invoices, everything flows into the Invoice Queue. This centralized view lets you review, adjust, and send data directly into your ERP.

In this release, invoices are still manually pushed to your ERP. But the exciting part? In the next release, our first ERP integration (e-conomic) will go live. That means fully automated invoicing, synchronization of products, and customer data — creating a self-driving billing system.
Senbee 1.1.0 isn’t just about fixing bugs and renaming dimensions. It’s about laying the foundation for a future where billing is smarter, faster, and fully connected. With the beta of our Billing Platform, we’re just getting started.
So, explore the new features, test the billing modules, and stay tuned for our upcoming integrations. The future of Senbee is all about helping you run your business with less friction and more power.
