Senbee Connect’s Facility Management module lets you structure and manage all aspects of your physical environment — from broad locations down to individual rooms. This hierarchy gives you a clear overview and makes it easy to link data, assign responsibilities, and track assets.

The main categories are:

  • Locations – General areas (e.g. country, region, city).

  • Estates – Land areas or campuses at a location, containing lots and buildings.

  • Buildings – Physical structures on an estate, such as offices or garages.

  • Floors – Levels inside a building.

  • Rooms – Defined spaces like offices, meeting rooms, or labs.

  • Lots – Outdoor areas like parking, bike storage, or recreational spaces.

Each level is connected, so you can easily navigate from a location to its estates, drill into a building, and manage the floors and rooms within.
