Objective: Enable the Keyfob module within People.

Goal: Support the creation and management of RFID, MIFARE DESFire, and other keyfobs linked to individuals in the database.

Impact: Provides essential functionality for access control, serving as a prerequisite for modules such as AEOS Nedap Access Control and G4S.
