1. Open Onboarding Settings
Go to Settings → Onboarding Steps.
You’ll see a list of the current steps in the order they appear in each person’s status bar.
2. Add a New Step
Click Add Step and enter:
Step Name – up to 30 characters.
Caption – optional short description, up to 100 characters.
The new step appears at the bottom of the list until you move it.
3. Reorder Steps
Drag and drop steps to change the sequence.
The updated order is reflected immediately in every person’s onboarding status bar.
4. Edit or Remove Steps
To edit, click the pencil icon next to a step and adjust the name or caption (respecting the character limits above).
To remove, click the trash icon. Confirm to delete the step from all profiles.
5. Save Changes
Click Save to apply your updates system-wide.
Existing profiles will display the revised onboarding flow the next time they’re opened.
Tip: Keep step names short and action-oriented so admins can quickly see what needs to happen next.
