Viewing and Using the Activity Log

The Activity log provides a complete timeline of every action on a person’s profile—from dimension assignments to welcome-letter sends—so you can track changes and maintain compliance.

1. Open the Person’s Profile

Navigate to Connected People → People and click the person’s name to open their profile.

2. Locate the Activity Log

Scroll to the Activity section.
You’ll see a chronological list of all recorded actions.

3. Understand the Entries

Each entry shows:

  • Date and time of the action

  • Admin or system user who performed it

  • Action type (e.g., Dimension Assigned, Service Added, Password Reset)

  • Details such as field changes or welcome-letter status

4. Filter the Timeline

Use the filter dropdown to narrow the list by action type—for example:

  • Dimensions to see when companies or departments were linked

  • Services to view access changes

  • Profile Updates to track edits to names, emails, or passwords

5. Export or Review

Copy or screenshot the log if you need it for audits or compliance documentation.

Tip: The Activity log is your single source of truth for a person’s history. Use it to resolve disputes, verify onboarding progress, or monitor security-sensitive changes.
