Viewing and Using the Activity Log
The Activity log provides a complete timeline of every action on a person’s profile—from dimension assignments to welcome-letter sends—so you can track changes and maintain compliance.

1. Open the Person’s Profile
Navigate to Connected People → People and click the person’s name to open their profile.
2. Locate the Activity Log
Scroll to the Activity section.
You’ll see a chronological list of all recorded actions.
3. Understand the Entries
Each entry shows:
Date and time of the action
Admin or system user who performed it
Action type (e.g., Dimension Assigned, Service Added, Password Reset)
Details such as field changes or welcome-letter status
4. Filter the Timeline
Use the filter dropdown to narrow the list by action type—for example:
Dimensions to see when companies or departments were linked
Services to view access changes
Profile Updates to track edits to names, emails, or passwords
5. Export or Review
Copy or screenshot the log if you need it for audits or compliance documentation.
Tip: The Activity log is your single source of truth for a person’s history. Use it to resolve disputes, verify onboarding progress, or monitor security-sensitive changes.
