How to Delete a User in Senbee Connect

Deleting a user permanently removes their account. This cannot be undone. Only delete accounts when the user will no longer be part of your organization.

Steps

  1. Navigate to System > Users and select the user.

  2. Open the Security tab.

  3. Under Delete Account, click Delete Account.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

⚠️ Important: Once deleted, the user cannot be restored. Consider using Deactivate if you only need to suspend access.
