Extension Store Overview

The Extension Store in Senbee Connect allows you to expand your platform with new features, integrations, and tools. Extensions make it possible to connect external systems, add new functionality, and tailor Senbee Connect to your organization’s needs.

Accessing the Extension Store

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Extensions.

  2. Browse all available extensions, or filter by category (e.g. Access Control, Booking, Finance, Security, Transport).

  3. Each extension has its own card with a description and an option to View more details.

Installing Extensions

There are two types of installation paths:

  • One-click Installations
    Some extensions can be added directly from the Extension Store with a single click. Once installed, they are immediately available in your environment.

  • Assisted Installations
    Certain extensions require assistance from Senbee specialists to ensure correct setup and integration. These may involve configuration, hardware setup, or coordination with your IT team.

    Note: For these, our Senbee Implementation Team will work with you to activate the extension and confirm it’s running securely and reliably.

Managing Extensions

  • Installed extensions can be viewed and managed directly from the Extension Store.

  • Each extension integrates into Senbee Connect with permissions and settings applied automatically.

  • Updates and versioning are handled centrally, so your extensions remain secure and up to date.

Best Practices

  • Review extension categories to identify the most relevant tools for your organization.

  • Start with one-click extensions to quickly add functionality.

  • For assisted installations, coordinate with your Senbee contact to plan deployment.

  • Regularly check for new extensions, as the store is continuously updated with additional integrations.

The Extension Store brings modularity to Senbee Connect, letting you expand and customize your platform at your own pace. Whether it’s access control, parking, finance, or communications, extensions make it easy to scale functionality without complexity.
