How to Log Out a User’s Active Sessions

If a user’s device is lost, compromised, or if immediate access needs to be revoked, you can log out all active sessions.

Steps

  1. Navigate to System > Users and select the user.

  2. Open the Security tab.

  3. Under Account Sessions, click Logout On All Devices.

This will invalidate the user’s login token and force sign-out across all devices.
