How to Change a User’s PIN in Senbee Connect

A PIN provides quick re-authentication and automatic screen locking when inactive. Admins can reset or change a user’s PIN at any time.

Steps

  1. Navigate to System > Users and select the user.

  2. Open the Security tab.

  3. Under PIN Code, click Change PIN.

  4. Enter or generate a new PIN.

  5. Confirm the update.

The user’s old PIN will be invalidated immediately.
