How to Deactivate a User in Senbee Connect
Deactivation disables a user’s ability to log in, without deleting their data. This is useful for temporary suspensions or when keeping account history is required.

Steps
Navigate to System > Users and select the user.
Open the Security tab.
Under Account Status, click Disable Account.
The user will be logged out immediately and unable to sign in until reactivated.
